The purpose of this course is to provide professionals who are members of teams with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to work successfully as part of a virtual team. Through technology exploration, peer discussion, and skill-building activities, you'll finish the course with a plan to make important contributions to your team while working remotely.

Kim has over 20 years of experience in the adult learning field. She has a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Performance from Drake University and holds three professional certifications: Executive Coaching, Experiential Learning, and Career Counseling. She has over 20 years of experience presenting and facilitating workshops on strategies for effective meetings. In her current role as Director of Workforce and IT Innovation – Corporate Online at Metropolitan Community College, Kim partners with businesses and corporations to create engaging learning experiences for both credit and non-credit courses.
