Poor collaboration can cause poor outcomes, wasted effort, and conflict. How can collaboration be achieved when you can't control the people you need to work with or the environment you are in?

She has a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Performance from Drake University and holds three professional certifications: Executive Coaching, Experiential Learning, and Career Counseling. She has over 20 years of experience presenting and facilitating workshops on strategies for effective meetings. In her current role as Director of Workforce and IT Innovation – Corporate Online at Metropolitan Community College, Kim partners with businesses and corporations to create engaging learning experiences for both credit and non-credit courses.
